Financial and AI products fail the moment users stop trusting them : that's the problem I design for. At Flitpay, that meant turning a 10-module crypto platform into something a first-time trader could use without fear of losing money by mistake. At Outdefine, it meant making AI-driven hiring decisions feel legible instead of opaque. My CS background means I can sit in engineering conversations and defend a design decision on technical grounds, not just aesthetic ones, that's usually why I get pulled into ambiguous, high-stakes problems early.
